What condition does my iPhone need to be in?
For the full listed price: unlocked, clean IMEI, iCloud / Find My turned off, fully working, and in good cosmetic condition (A/B grade). If it falls short — a carrier lock, a cracked screen, low battery health — we still buy it, with the condition discounts shown on this page.
Can I sell an iPhone that is carrier-locked or has a cracked screen?
Yes. Carrier-locked phones are −25%, a cracked front screen is −25%, and discounts stack up to a cap of −70%. The phones we cannot buy at any price are iCloud-locked, MDM-locked, or blacklisted-IMEI devices.
