Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you sell an item to South Beach Global LLC ("South Beach Global," "we," "us") through southbeachglobal.com. By submitting the seller form or shipping an item to us, you agree to them.

Your price is honored when the item matches your description. That's the deal. Our listed prices are for items as described on this site — for phones, unlocked, clean IMEI, iCloud off, fully working, in good A/B condition — with the published condition discounts applied (discounts stack, capped at −70%). For graphics cards, prices are for complete, working cards with the serial number verified; untested or as-is cards −30%, no warranty paperwork −10%.

Inspection on arrival. Every item is checked, tested, and verified when it arrives — including a serial number / IMEI check that the device is not lost, stolen, or blacklisted.

If what arrives is different from the description. Then we contact you with a new quote. Take it, or we ship it back free — your choice. If you decline the new quote, the return shipment is on us.

Payment. Once the audit is complete, we pay the way you chose on the form: bank transfer through Melio (we email you a secure payout link; you enter your bank details on Melio's secure page — never on this website and never by email), or a check by mail to the payee name and address you gave us. For graphics cards, payment goes out within 24 hours of inspection. For phones, payment goes out within 3–5 business days after the inspection and audit are complete — every phone in a lot is audited, so larger lots can take the full window.

What you promise us. By selling to us, you represent that you own the item or have the legal right to sell it, and that it is not stolen. For phones: iCloud / Find My must be turned off, the device must not be MDM-locked, and the IMEI must not be blacklisted. For graphics cards: the serial number must not be flagged or stolen, and the card must be offered with inspection on arrival. Items that fail these rules — iCloud or Find My still on, MDM-locked, blacklisted IMEI, or a flagged or stolen serial number — we don't buy, and they are returned or refused.

Shipping. We email you a prepaid shipping label or arrange a pickup, as you chose on the form. Please pack the item securely. Title and payment pass to us once the item passes inspection and is paid for.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
