South Beach Global LLC ("South Beach Global," "we," "us") runs southbeachglobal.com. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you sell to us or ask us for a quote, and what we do with it.

What we collect. When you use the forms on this site, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, and phone number; what you are selling (item type, model, condition, and quantity); your shipping address (street, city, state, and ZIP) so we can email you a prepaid label or arrange a pickup; and your payout preference — check by mail or bank transfer — including the payee name and, for a check, the mailing address. The quote and pitch forms collect the same kind of contact and item details.

Serial numbers and IMEI. The seller form has an optional serial number / IMEI field. If you provide it, we use it for one thing only: to check that the device is not lost or stolen before we buy it.

Bank details — we never see them. If you choose bank transfer, you enter your bank details on Melio's secure pages through a payout link we send you. Melio stores those details. They are never collected or stored by this website, and never sent to us by email. If you choose a check, we only need the payee name and a mailing address.

How we use your information. Only to run your sale: price the item, send the label or arrange the pickup, inspect and audit the item when it arrives, pay you, and contact you about any of those steps. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing. We share only what a service provider needs to carry out a step — for example, Melio for payments and the shipping carrier for your label or pickup.

Your choices. Email us at help@southbeachglobal.com any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will take care of it.
