30-day warranty. Every device we sell is fully tested and covered by a 30-day warranty against defects.

Returns. If an item arrives defective or not as described, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email help@southbeachglobal.com.

Returned devices must be in the same condition as received, factory reset, with iCloud / Find My turned off. The buyer pays return shipping, unless the item was defective or not as described — in that case we cover it.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
